Does the owner have access to his airbnb account or other rental platforms?
Yes ! It is important that the customer can access his account and understand that he remains the owner. We are transparent.
Can you manage more than one of my properties?
Yes! The Rental Squad can indeed manage several properties belonging to the same owner. That said, the rental of their properties must be short-term rentals.
What is the percentage kept by the owner of the property
The owner of the property keeps between 75% and 85% of the rental amount paid by the occupant. This rate varies according to the work that the management company must perform. We invite you to contact us to establish your needs.

Example: The vacationer pays $1,000 for a one-week rental. The management company will therefore have 15% to 25% of the $1000.

Does the client remain the owner?
Yes! The customer is the owner and will remain the owner. The client is free to sell his property if he wishes and when he wishes. He can also use his property for personal purposes.
Does the owner need to have a permit to do short-term rental?
In the majority of cases, yes! The owner must have a valid license issued by the city in which the property in question is located. If the owner does not have a permit, he must apply to the city. You must still check with the municipality to find out what regulations apply regarding short-term rentals.
How do I qualify to have my property managed
We have specific criteria in order to allow a better profitability. The property must have:

microwave, refrigerator, stove, complete cookware, cooking utensils (sufficient quantity to accommodate the number of guests allowed), set of dishes (sufficient quantity to accommodate the number of guests allowed), washer and dryer (strongly recommended but not mandatory), wifi. The property must be fully furnished (sofa, bed, dining table etc.), the main door must have an electronic number lock. A minimum of two sets of bedding per bed, a minimum of a full set of bathroom towels, cleaning products. *This list may change*

The owner must provide a complete and detailed list of the equipment included in the property.
