To make a short story, as soon as he started to travel, the owner quickly realized that short-term rental platforms allowed him to take advantage of all the amenities found in houses, condos, villas, but at a much lower price than in large hotels.

 

It was while talking to the owners of the houses he rented that he quickly realized that the biggest challenge for the owners was the lack of time and experience that would allow them to maximize their short-term rental at their full potential.
